Co K 7th Iowa Cavalry"Andrew J. Cabett, aged 80 years, died at 1:30 o'clock Monday afternoon at the family home, 507 twenty-fourth avenue, after an illness of nine days.

He is survived by his widow, one son, R. E. Cabett of Whiting, two daughters, Mrs. Cleve Turner of Sargent, Neb., and Mrs. Arthur Donellson of Council Bluffs, one brother, Charles Cabett of Kansas City, Mo., two sisters, Mrs. Lucinda Ford of Tillamook, Ore., and Mrs. Ida Baumire of Balsam Lake, Wis., and eight grandchildren.

The funeral will be held Wednesday from the home, Rev. J. Frederic Catlin of the First Baptist Church officiating. The G.A.R., of which Mr. Cabett was a member, will have charge of the services at the grave. Burial will be in Walnut Hill Cemetery."

Andrew is believed to be the eldest of more than a dozen children of Joseph and Harriett Cavett - Andrew, Lucinda, Ann, John, Polly, Mary, Eliza, Olive, James, Alice, Charles, Ada, Ida, and William.
