Animator. He was considered a pioneer cartoonist and animator. He was one of the first to be credited with using and developing stop-motion film techniques. Baylor is primarily remembered for his work with legendary animators Walt Disney and "Woody Woodpecker" creator Walter Lantz. Together with Lantz he worked on the Woody Woodpecker television series and cartoon film shorts for many years.
