BIOGRAPHY
Henry (Hank) Howard Boese IV, 89, of Lakeside Park, KY, died peacefully Sunday morning with his family present. He was born June 21, 1925 in Ludlow, KY. After WWII, adventure led him to work as a set builder in Hollywood, and as a resort bartender in Florida and Cuba. During the Korean War he served in the Merchant Marines like his father before him. He also spent several years as an Ironworker building the Mackinac Bridge in Michigan. In later life he was a bartender at the Terrace Hilton, Crown Plaza and Joe's Bar. Hank was a loyal Reds fan and spent his spare time following the horses.

He is survived by Judy, his wife of 44 years, and two children, Michael of McKinney, TX, and Jennifer of Lakeside Park, KY, and also his daughter-in-law, Sharon. There are five grandchildren, Andrew, Seth, Samuel, Katie and William. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Eula, brother Carl and sister Dorothy.

Services will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at Middendorf Funeral Home at 3312 Madison Pike, Fort Wright, KY 41017 with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. and a Memorial Service at 11:30 a.m.
