Felice E. Walters, age 93, passed away peacefully, with her family at her side, in the Thief River Care Center in Thief River Falls, MN, on May 2, 2015. Felice Elizabeth Paterniani was born November 27, 1921, in Philadelphia, PA to Andrew and Caroline Paterniani. Felice's family relocated to Kennett Square, PA where she attended St. Patrick's and Kennett Consolidated School and graduated in 1940. Felice worked at the Philadelphia Naval Yard where she met her future husband, Stanley A. Sasiadek, Sr., a First Class Petty Officer, stationed at the Philadelphia Naval Yard. Stanley and Felice were married on June 18, 1944. They lived a number of years in Chicago, IL, where their son, Stanley, Jr., was born. Later they made Kennett Square-Willowdale, PA their home, where she worked and retired from Hewlett Packard after 20 years of service. Upon retirement, they relocated to Lewes, DE. Stanley (her husband) passed away in February 1999. In August of 2001, she married Carl K. Walters and after his death in 2004, she moved to be near her family in Cochranville, PA. In November of 2009, her son and daughter-in-law retired from their jobs and relocated to Thief River Falls, MN to be near family, where she also made her home until her death. Felice loved to cook, crochet, garden, fish, and be with her family. Felice is survived by her son Stanley (Lois) Sasiadek, Thief River Falls, MN; two sisters Caroline Cleaver, Wilmington, DE, Eleanor Webb, West Grove, PA; brother-in-law John (Dorothy) Sasiadek, Chicago, IL; two granddaughters Lisa (Mark) Benjamin, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Shelah (Thomas) Simpson, Thief River Falls, MN and five great-grandchildren Bradley Vattilana, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Wade Simpson, Grand Forks, ND, Wyatt Simpson, Natalie Simpson, Wesley Simpson, Thief River Falls, MN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Andrew and Caroline Paterniani, husbands Stanley Sasiadek, Sr., Carl Walters, brothers Gateano, Andrew Jr and Michael Paterniani, sisters Olympia DiJoseph, Rose Scuderi Funeral service will be May 8, 2015, at the Johnson-Green Funeral Services, Inc., 420 LaBree Ave. North, Thief River Falls, MN. There will be a viewing at 10 A.M., Funeral Service at 11 A.M., and a lunch following the service.

She is also survived by Stepchildren Lynn M. , Sandra, Kim K., Wayne C., and Skip J. Walters.
