Billie Jean (Park) Burger
March 18, 1930- May 20, 2021
Went to be with her lord and savior Jesus Christ on May 20, 2021 at the age of 91.
Billie was raised in Whitesboro, OK by her grandparents Jim and Ida Mings. Billie was saved when she was young, and her faith and her family were the most important things in her life. She always tried to live her life according to the teachings of Jesus and wanted everyone to know him. She showed hospitality and love to everyone. If you ever came to her house whether you were family, friend, or a first-time visitor she was going to make sure there was always a place at the table for you. She was a very humble person and always put everyone else above herself. She always taught her daughters that there was always someone more needy. She was always taking meals to someone or visiting shut ins or taking people to their appointments until her health no longer allowed her to do so.
Billie was a long-time member of the Second Baptist Church in Okmulgee. She loved her church family and touched many lives there.
