Alice FAUST, 82, of 1202 East Water Street, Pontiac, our beloved Mother, passed away at 12:40 a.m. Monday, 19th of November 1990 at Saint James Hospital, Pontiac, Illinois and went to her heavenly home. Born at Belle Prairie Township, Livingston County Illinois. The daughter of Emery Albert and Marietta [PUTNAM] EYRE, She was named after her paternal grandmother Lavina WELLS. Alice attended rural grade schools at Cropsey, Saybrook and Pontiac, Illinois. She married William David ROBINSON on the 28th of February 1936 at Pontiac, Illinois. He died on the 27th of December 1957 in Pontiac. She married Frank Faust on February 13, 1962. He died July 6, 1978.
Surviving are two children: William E (Glenda)Robinson,Lancaster, Texas and Margie E. (George) Lane, Oakwood, Illinois. Alice was employed for 30 years at the Fashion-Bilt Shoe Factory in Pontiac. She also worked at Brockton Heel Factory and St. James Hospital on Water Street in Pontiac. Alice had one brother, Wilber Emery [Zella] EYRE and four sisters, Mrs. Evelyn M, [Raymond] MILLER, Mrs. Irma O SWEARINGEN, Mrs. Lela [Ed] FIELDMAN, and Mrs. Zelma BENSON.
Surviving are two children: William E (Glenda)Robinson,Lancaster, Texas and Margie E. (George) Lane, Oakwood, Illinois. Alice was employed for 30 years at the Fashion-Bilt Shoe Factory in Pontiac. She also worked at Brockton Heel Factory and St. James Hospital on Water Street in Pontiac. Alice had one brother, Wilber Emery [Zella] EYRE and four sisters, Mrs. Evelyn M, [Raymond] MILLER, Mrs. Irma O SWEARINGEN, Mrs. Lela [Ed] FIELDMAN, and Mrs. Zelma BENSON.
