Excerpt -- Earl Mayfield, son of Robert Mayfield, died on last Monday, March 19, at his home. He was brought here on Wednesday for burial. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Skinner, after which the remains were laid to rest in the Mayfield Cemetery, beside his little brother, who preceded him to the better land two years ago.
Birth date was calculated from age at the time of his death as report on the death cert., but not sure it is correct, as he has a sister born a few months later??
