Prokop, owner of Elmer's Insurance Agency in San Bernardino since 1950, was past president of the San Bernardino Independent Insurance Association. He was a member of the Christian Business Men's committee and attended Faith Bible Church in San Bernardino.

Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. today at Grove Colonial Mortuary Chapel followed by burial at Montecito Memorial Park.
