Wayne R. Frank of Machias, NY passed away on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at Mercy Hospital in Buffalo at the age of 75.

He was born February 7, 1946 in Springville, NY a son of the late Carsyl and Elizabeth (Fox) Frank. He graduated from West Valley Central School in 1964 and served in the United States Army from 1965-1967. He enjoyed hunting, camping, woodworking, country music, NASCAR racing, old cars and most of all family.

He was employed in several phases of construction over the years but retired as a self-employed carpenter.

Wayne is survived by his wife, Caren "Punkey" (Reed) Frank whom he married on February 24, 1968 at the St. Aloysius Church in Springville; his children: Steven (Brenda) Frank of Orchard Park, Timothy (Stephanie) Frank of West Valley and Beth (Jim) Levakoff of Boston, NY; his five grandchildren: Garret, Leah, Ashley and Ethan Frank and Jillian Levakoff; his brother, Larry (Patricia) Frank of West Valley; his sister-in-law, Teresita Frank of Fort Walton Beach, FL; also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and his pooch, Willie.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Dale R. Frank who passed away in 1999.

There will be no calling hours. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. Interment will be held in Maplewood Cemetery in Springville.
