He is survived by his daughters, Laurie (Casper DeMauro) Abbazia and Mary (Jim Chappell) Abbazia; grandchildren, Summer (John) Montanaro, Danielle DeMauro and Giovanna DeMauro; great-grandson Giovanni Montanaro; loving companion, Lorraine Mack; sister, Mary Vought; nieces; nephews; cousins and friends.
Dan proudly served his country as a United States Marine.
He was a retiree of the Rochester Gas and Electric Company.
He loved his family dearly, they were the pride of his life, especially his grandchildren. He will be missed by many and will live on through his loved ones.
Calling Hours are on Monday, from 4-7 PM, at the Falvo Funeral Home 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Point Road in Webster. Please join the family on Tuesday, at 10:00AM, in the Saint Paul's Church for the Celebration of his Funeral Mass. Dan's Entombment will be in the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the West Webster Ambulance in Dan's memory.
