Florine Moore, 80, died Aug. 11, 2007, in Fort Pierce.
She was born in Stuart and was a lifetime resident of Fort Pierce.
Prior to retirement, she worked as a nurse's aide for the Fort Pierce Memorial Hospital and was a member of Westside Baptist Church.
Survivors include her sons, James Moore of Port St. Lucie, Dannie Moore of Fort Pierce and William Moore of Claxton, Ga.; daughter, Norma Dewitt of Grand Ledge, Mich.; sister, Shirley Bemenderfer of Fort Pierce; brother, Harry Kelley of Sebring; eleven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Edward Moore; two sisters; and three brothers.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of St. Lucie County, 100 Savannah Road, Fort Pierce, FL 34982.
SERVICES: Visitation is from 1 to 2 p.m. Aug. 18 at Haisley Funeral Home. A service will follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
