Elizabeth Beaver, 85, of Rockwell, passed away Thursday, June 10, 2021 at her home in Rockwell, NC. She was born January 2, 1936 in Rowan County to the late Lewis and Margie Carter Brown. She was a graduate of the Rowan County Schools. Elizabeth worked for Wee Care II . She was a member of Lebanon Lutheran Church in Cleveland where she served on the Alter Guild. Elizabeth enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, camping in the mountains, gardening, and reading. She was a member of the American Legion Auxillary, Kennedy Hall Post 106. In addition to her parents, Elizabeth was preceded in death by her Husband, Maxie Beaver and her Sister In Law, Eleanor Kyles. And also by grandchildren Tammy Coggins and Todd Coggins. Elizabeth is survived by her Two Sons, Walter (Pattie) Beaver, Mark (Diane) Beaver; Daughter, Margie Coggins; Grandchildren, Elisha (Shawn) Herring of Rockwell, NC, Mary (Phillip) Coggins, Jackie Beaver and Jason Beaver; 9 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandson. The graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at the Lebanon Lutheran Church Cemetery with Pastor John Tucker officiating.
