Ervin L Cartwright, former owner of radio station KWBZ in Denver, Colo . died Sunday at Desert Hospital in Palm Springs. He was 58 Services will be private. Burial will be at Desert Memorial Park in Cathedral City Mr, Cartwright, a Palm Springs resident for two years, had owned the Denver station from 1974 to 1978 He was a former general manager of KOA-TV in Denver, had worked for KFJZ-TV in Fort Worth, Texas, and the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, The Fort Worth native is survived by his wife, Donna Jean; three daughters, Vicki Young of Atlanta, Ga., Cheri Kmzler of Denver, and Julie Cartwright of San Francisco; a son. Scott Cartwright of Kearney. Neb; and four grandchildren.
