Great-grandmother of three and longtime Stirling resident, 80
Mary J. Bock, 80, passed away May 17, 2019. Born in Plainfield, N.J., she lived in Stirling, N.J., for many years, and spent her last years residing comfortably at Cranford Rehab and Nursing Center.
Mary worked as an administrative assistant at Chubb Insurance in Warren, N.J. She also worked for the Jolly Trolley in Westfield, N.J., where she enjoyed many years of service, and loved her job and colleagues. She loved to spend time with her family, and will always be remembered for her mischievous, fun-loving spirit.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Kathy Bock; her siblings, Anne Chapman, Margaret Gilzow, Walter and John Moneypenny, and Rita Price, and Guy Bock.
Surviving are her daughter, Jean Bock (Meg); her beloved grandson, Aaron (Christina); loving great-grandchildren, Izabella, Angelina, and Antonio; her sisters, Helen Moneypenny, Phyllis Perrine, and Susan Beasley, and many nieces and nephews.
At the family's request services will be private.
