Dorothy Marie Schmidt was the daughter of Wilhimina Fredericka Carolina Marchinski Schmidt and John August Schmidt. John was born in Chicago and Wilhimina(Minnie) was born in Germany. They were the parents of four children,Elmer was adopted.Dorothy Married Gordon Wm Hoijer on the 27th of Feb 1931. They were the parents of 10 children..She rests along side of her husband in the Bethlehem Covenent Church Cemetery.
