Leo was a farmer most of his life. He also worked for the State Highway Dept. Leo died at St. Johns Hospital, Springfield, Illinois. He married Marie Ellen Jones November 16, 1940 in Bowling Green, Warren County Missouri. He had 2 sons, Darrel and Stanley, and one daughter, Sharon Kaye
