His brother, Franklin, 2nd child of Levy, refers to Fred as his brother in his obituary and the other siblings as half brothers and sisters, and yet his mother is listed as Ella Fowler, who was his step-mother if the other information is true. Their half- brother Roy is born on 22 July of 1906, and their half- sister Leota is listed as being born on 22 Dec 1906, which is only 5 months. They should both be on the 1910 census, but the only child other than Fred and Frank is Babe Andrews, age 6/12, a son. Levy is pretty much always Andrews, but the kids opted for Anders. One sibling I can't track down is Jehu/ J. Hugh/ Jay Anders, 11 years old on the 1940 census. I think he may still be alive as of June 2021.
