Joseph Steinberger, 65, of Rt, Mishicot, died Thursday evening at a Green Bay Hospital, following a short illness.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 am Monday at Nativity of B.V.M. Catholic Church, Tish Mills. The Rev. Leonard Woefel will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mr. Steinberger was born May 30, 1908, in the Town of Franklin, Kewaunee County, son of the late Joseph and Anna Pribyl Steinberger. He married Rose Boedeck Jan. 27 1931, at Tisch Mills. The couple farmed in the Zander area. Mr. Steinberger also had been employed at Manitowoc Shipbuilding Inc., until his retirement.
Survivors include his wife and a son; a brother, Raymond, of Green Bay; a sister, Mrs. Joseph Koenig, of Rt. 2, Denmark and a grandson.
Friends may call at DeWane Funeral Home, Denmark, after 1 pm Sunday where the Rosary will be recited at 8 pm.
