Beverly was born to Virden and Martina (Strickland) Sturmon on May 28, 1942 at Prague, Ok. She departed this life on June 20, 2021 surrounded by her loving family at the age of (79) years.
Beverly attended school at the Coyle High School. She met the love of her life Mr. William (Bill/Willie) McGuire and they were married by the Justice of the Peace in Payne County on March 10, 1959. They made their home in Coyle then to Perryton, Ok. With Mr. McGuire working in the oilfield the moves were frequent. Beverly worked cleaning the local laundramat to help make ends meet. In the early 80's they moved to Noble, Ok. and opened the BMW Drilling Co. With farmer/rancher in their blood they moved to Centerville, Tx. and began their cattle/hay operation on (84) acres that continued for the next (31) years. Beverly was never scared to work. She could bale hay right beside Bill and pull calves as they were born just as good as any man. Her small stature never slowed her down. As Bill became ill with a stroke Beverly continued the operation by herself, once he passed she moved back to Noble in (2017) to be close to her family and cared for with love. She was a Cowgirl inside and out and taught by the best, her own father. She did learn to crotchet and crotcheted by the hundreds. She placed them throughout the house and threatened anyone that would move them. Her only hobby was tanning in the tanning bed year round She loved to have her Grandchildren in the summertime and taught them to farm and work cattle right alongside her. Each one had a special place in her heart.
Her Parents preceded her in death, Bill preceded her in death in (2017), she lost a Daughter, Billi Deanne Huff in (2020). She is survived by Daughter Pamela Aragon and husband Gil, Sister, Maryanne Crain, (4) Grandchildren; Cheyanne Madden and husband Aaron, T.J. Aragon and wife Amanda, Jess Marlar and Garrett Ison and wife Taylor, (7) Great Grandchildren: Brayden, Boston, Faith, Silas, Tuff, Jolie, Rhett and many other relatives and friends that will miss Memaw dearly.
