Ervin Paul Allen, age 71, of Browntown passed away on Sunday, June 20, 2021 at Agrace Hospice Care in Fitchburg. He was born the son of Grant and Florence (Lenz) Allen on February 20, 1950 in Monroe. He attended South Wayne High School, and graduated from Fennimore Tech. College.

Erv was a longtime farmer in the Browntown area; he was a mechanic for Juda Implement and worked at Farm and Fleet for many years. He was also the roadie for The Country 4 Band and for the Horse Feathers. He was a member of the Monroe Moose Lodge #754. Erv enjoyed wood working in his free time and also did mechanic work for others.

He is survived by his sister, Lois Hartman of Chetek, WI.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother-in-law, Robert Hartman.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home, with Pastor Dennis Perger officiating. A visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at the funeral home.

Burial will follow service in Saucerman Cemetery.
