Ambres Lenard Parramore, 76, died April 2, 1994.
He was a native of Headland, Ala., and had been a resident of Fort Pierce for 36 years, coming from Hartford, Ala.
An equipment operator for the Department of Transportation until retirement in 1983, Mr. Parramore was a member of the Woodmen of the World and the Orange Avenue Baptist Church. He was an accomplished bluegrass gospel musician.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Lillian O. Parramore of Fort Pierce; seven sons, Charles, Glenn, Reevie and Duane Parramore, all of Fort Pierce, Elvin Parramore of Columbus, Ga., Clinton Parramore of Vero Beach and Morgan Parramore of Panama City; 19 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

SERVICES: Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. April 5 at Haisley-Hobbs Funeral Home, with the Rev. David Hart, pastor of Orange Avenue Baptist Church, and the Rev. James Biles, pastor of Northside Baptist Church, officiating. Burial was in White City Cemetery.
