He was born March 22, 1896, a son of Richard and Elizabeth Frahm Radcliff. He married Loda Gerber on Feb. 15, 1924, at Danvers. She died March 7, 1968.
Surviving are one son, Richard, Danvers; two daughters, Margie Hostetler and Carol Quinn, both of Danvers; one sister, Edna Radcliff, McLean County Nursing Home, Normal; seven grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Mr. Radcliff was a World War I veteran. He was a member of the Danvers Masonic Lodge 742 AF & AM for more than 60 years; Eastern Star for more than 50 years; Danvers Legion; and was a Stouts Grove Cemetery board trustee.
He was a former member of the Danvers Town Board and the volunteer fire department.
Mr. Radcliff was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Danvers.
