Charles Eugene Batchelor was born in Greenville, Alabama on September 17, 1946, to the late H. R. and Irene Batchelor and passed away on June 25, 2021.
He was a member of Heritage Baptist Church until moving to Columbus, Georgia in 2016 and united with the Cascade Hills Church. He is a graduate of Fort Deposit High School and attended Massey Draughan Business College in Montgomery. He will be remembered for his love of Alabama football but most of all for his love of family and friends.
A service to celebrate his life will be at 11:00am on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at Leak Memory Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior. Burial will follow the service at the Little Sandy Ridge Cemetery in Fort Deposit, Alabama.
