Valders - Ronald A. Seefeldt, age 83 of rural Valders, passed away Friday morning, June 25, 2021 at Manitowoc Health & Rehabilitation Center in Manitowoc.

Ron was born on April 22, 1938 in the township of Bark River, MI, son of the late Arthur W. and Evelyn (Krueger) Seefeldt. He attended local schools. On October 7, 1955 Ron enlisted in the United States Army, being Honorably Discharged on October 6, 1958. On November 11, 1959 Ron married the former Mary N. Doering at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Kaukauna. The couple moved into Manitowoc County in 1967. Ron was employed by Lade's Fish and Seafood. Following his retirement from Lade's Ron was a maintenance supervisor for the Strand Theater and the Capitol Civic Center. He enjoyed camping and bird watching. Ron received a diploma from the National School of Conservation. He was a member of Drews-Bleser American Legion Post #88 of Manitowoc.

Survivors include his wife Mary N. Seefeldt, Valders; five sons and two daughters-in-law: Greg F. Seefeldt (Sandy Kent), Valders, Brian D.(Lori) Seefeldt, Manitowoc, Brad S. (Lisa) Seefeldt, Branch, Chris J. Seefeldt and his fiancée: (Vicki Richmond), Mishicot, Kurt R. Seefeldt and his fiancée: (Heidi Spindler), Manitowoc; 16 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters include: James, Richard, Marvin, Ralph, Paul, Kenneth, LuAnn, Anita and Margaret; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents; one son: Jeff J. Seefeldt; two brothers: Darroll and Art Jr. and one sister: Mary.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, July 10, 2021 at the Christianson & Deja Funeral Home of Valders with Rev. Richard Klingeisen officiating, inurnment will follow at the Knollwood Mausoleum at a later date. Following the memorial service Military Honors will be accorded at the funeral home by Drews-Bleser American Legion Post #88 of Manitowoc. Following military honors, a life celebration social will be held at the funeral home for relatives and friends.
