She was born March 9, 1890 in Vernal, Utah, the daughter of Anna Marie Paterson Rasmussen and Mads Peter Rasmussen. She married Edwin Junius Nash. She later married Mark N. Cook.

Interment was made in the Vernal Memorial Park Cemetery on May 21, 1948. Swain Funeral Home handled the funeral arrangements.
