Gerald Humphrey of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church. Burial will be in the Fishkill Rural Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday afternoon and evening.
Mr. Bate died early Friday morning at Highland Hospital. He had been employed as a caretaker by Mrs. Robert Maloney of Chelsea.
