Dorothy E. Cowman, age 88, of Waverly, Il. died Tuesday morning (June 29, 2021) at Sunrise Manor in Virden, Il. She was born August 20, 1932 in Nortonville, Il. daughter of the late George Grover and Myrtle Della Surratt Birdsell.
She was preceded in death by her parents; four sisters, Myrtle, Louise, Elizabeth and Margaret; and four brothers, George, Raymond, Wilbur and Frank.
Graveside services will be held 10 a.m. Monday (July 5, 2021) at Franklin Cemetery in Franklin, Il.
Neece-Airsman-Hires Funeral Home in Waverly, Il. is in charge of Dorthy's arrangements.
