her husband, Leonard (Swede) Schroder; and one sister, Mary Russel.
Betty was born on September 6th, 1945, in Fitchburg, Massachusetts to Henry and Irene (Hatin) Sikorski, and raised by her grandparents Frank and Josephine Sikorski, in Armstrong Creek, Wisconsin. She married Leonard M. Schroder on November 11th, 1961 in Armstrong Creek. He preceded her in death on February 26, 2010.
Betty was employed at Mirro Aluminum Company for thirty-three years, retiring in 2001. In addition to her family, Betty's greatest love was her dogs. They brought her much joy, especially Bo, Miciah, Bridgie, and Moja.
After retirement, she was a proud member of the Red Hat Society. She also enjoyed playing Hand & Foot, singing in the church choir, and playing bingo.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 8, 2021 at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church, 3201 Mishicot Rd. Two Rivers. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be Rev. Dave Pleier, with burial to follow in Forest View Cemetery, Two Rivers.
The family will greet relatives and friends at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church, Thursday morning from 9:00 until 11:00 a.m. There will be no Wednesday evening visitation.
