DILLARD, Benjamin Barclay
Age 7 of Brentwood, TN, passed away on February 11, 2010 at home surrounded by his family. He fought bravely against his congenital heart defect and the many complications of being a heart transplant recipient his entire, short life. He leaves this earth knowing he brought much joy, enthusiasm and love to all who met him, and that he will be reunited with his Father, who will love and hold him until he is joined by his family again. He is survived by his mother, Jennifer Titsworth Dillard; his father, Brad Dillard and older brother, Sam Dillard; his grandparents, Joyce Titsworth, and Sue and Gary Dillard; his aunts, Michele Dillard Boling, Liz Titsworth Mills and Suzy Titsworth Bailey; his uncles, Mark Boling, Brad Mills and Matt Bailey; cousins, Bradley Boling, Chris Boling, Stuart Mills, Davis Mills and Graham Bailey; and great-grandmothers, Carolyn Bradley and Alene Dillard. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Roger Titsworth; great grandparents, Margaret Henderson Bard, Emerson Henderson, Dorothy Titsworth, Dr. Horace Titsworth, Curtis Bradley and Eugene Dillard.

Benjamin was a kindergartener at Scales Elementary School in Brentwood, TN. A time of visitation for family and friends will be on Sunday, February 14, 2010 from 3-6 p.m., in Masters Commons at Calvary United Methodist Church, 3701 Hillsboro Road, Nashville, TN 37215. A Memorial service will be Monday, February 15, 2010 at 11 a.m. at the church.
