THERESA C. REHBEIN

Theresa C. Rehbein, age 93, formerly of 3216 Twin Bridge Road, Mishicot entered
into eternal life on Monday, June 27, 2011 at the Bornemann Nursing Home in
Green Bay.
Theresa was born March 21, 1918 in New Denmark, WI to the late Michael and Frances
Sterletski Ronk and has been a lifelong area resident. She attended the Denmark
School System and married Harry Rehbein June 18, 1949 at All Saints Catholic Church
in Denmark. He preceded her in death December 25, 2004.
She and her husband farmed in the town of Gibson for many years. Theresa was a
member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Mishicot. She enjoyed watching birds,
flower gardening, and reading.
Survivors include two daughters and one son-in-law, Jean and Milton Schley, of
Denmark, Hazel Rehbein, of Green Bay, one son, James Rehbein, of Mishicot, Five
grandchildren, Rebecca Rehbein, Amanda Rehbein, James Rehbein Jr., Ginger Van
Lanen, and Jeff Schley, two great-grandchildren, Travis and Timmy Van Lanen. She
is further survived by one sister, Grace Novitski, of Luxumberg, one sister-in-
law, Fran Ronk, of Green Bay, nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her
parents and her husband, Theresa was also preceded in death by two brothers,
Edward and Henry Ronk, and by one sister, Cecila Kolarik.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00a.m. on Friday, July 1, 2011 at the Lambert-
Eckert Funeral Home, of Mishicot with the Reverend John Becker officiating, with
burial to follow in the Mishicot Public Cemetery.
Relatives and friends may call after 10:00a.m. on Friday at the funeral home,
until the time of service at 11:00a.m. There will be no Thursday evening visitation.
Theresa's family would like to extend a very special thank you to Unity Hospice
for their love, and special care given to Theresa during her illness. Your
kindness will always be remembered.
