George Lewis Robinson, "Uncle George", was grandpa's youngest brother, born on the 08th of Mar 1891 in Nashville, Illinois. He lived in a cabin northwest of town near the village of Rowe. He married Cora Fibillia Manley at Lincoln, Illinois a few months after she turned 17. There were 10 children in the Manley family and one of Cora's younger sisters, Mamie Irene, married James Coates, whose daughter, Mae, married George's nephew, Harvey Lee Robinson. This made a few of the children "Double Cousins". George's wife, Cora, died in late November of 1932 at the age of 37 and he never remarried. He had a son, Martin, and a daughter, Alma.

He is buried with his wife, Cora, at McMillan Cemetary , north-west of Pontiac, Ill. The cemetery is small and in the woods. He told his daughter, Alma, to bury him where the coons could run over his grave. Also Buried there is his brother, my grandfather, John Wesley Robinson. George and John hunted many a coon, rabbit and other game in these very woods. Coras parents, Granville and Jeanetta Manley are buried there also.
