A native of Rock Hill, SC, Mr. Blue was a son of the late Arnold Lee Blue and Lillian Harris Blue King. He will be remembered as a man who loved to go joy riding and his pets. He was a proud member of the Catawba Indian Nation.
Surviving are two children, Carrie Hardy (Jon) and Dr. Tim Blue (Laura); six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
