Frances G Chilson 82 passed away March 6, 2004 at her home in Wallace. Funeral services will be held at 1pm Wednesday March 10 at the St Alphonsus Catholic Church in Wallace. Father Tom Louck will be officiating. Burial will follow at Day Cemetery in Osburn. Frances was born February 21, 1922 in Burke the daughter of George and Frances(Barker) O'Rourke. She graduated from Wallace High School in the class of 1940. Frances worked as a clerk for the Star Dust motel of Wallace for over 28 years. She enjoyed reading. On February 14, 1941 Frances married Harold R Chilson in Burke. Survivors include five sons, Ralph of Vance AL, Harold of Elko NV, David of Winnemucca NV, John of DeLand FL and Tom of Vacville CA; three daughters, Carol Pehan of Winnemucca NV, Helen Lapp of Osburn and Betty Magoon of The Dalles OR; son-in-law Vic Overman of Osburn; numerous grandchildren, great- grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Harold, one daughter, Jeanne, two brothers and three sisters. Shoshone Funeral Services of Kellogg and Wallace is in charge of arrangements.
