Yvonne I. Cayemberg, age 84, of Manitowoc passed away Thursday, July 15, 2021 at Aurora Baycare Medical Center, Green Bay.

Yvonne was born September 21, 1936 in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Emil and Alice (Mrotek) Oswald. She was a graduate of Manitowoc Lincoln High School with the Class of 1954. On November 10, 1956 she was united in marriage to Donald Cayemberg at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Manitowoc.

Yvonne had worked time at Beernstens of Manitowoc and then at Stangel Hardware in the office. She was a member of St. Theresa's Society, Cub Scouts and St. Andrew's Catholic Church Choir. Yvonne enjoyed sewing, jewelry making, baking, collecting recipes, gardening and making the occasional trips to the casino. She also enjoyed her time spent with family, especially her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband: Donald Cayemberg, Manitowoc; six sons: Thomas (Diane) Cayemberg, Manitowoc; Michael (Kay) Cayemberg, Manitowoc; Kevin Cayemberg, Two Rivers; Curt Cayemberg, Wentzville, MO; Craig Cayemberg (Shelly Schmidt), Valders; Dale (Gayle) Cayemberg, Valders; eight grandchildren: Eric (Paula), Kendra, Kiley, Cole, Brenna, Carly, Caitlyn, Claire; two great grandsons: Brandon and Cody Cayemberg; one sister: Arlene (John) Donnan, New Lenox, IL; one sister-in-law and brother-in-law: Nancy & George Gosz, Manitowoc; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Yvonne was preceded in death by her parents Emil and Alice Oswald, brother-in-law Allen Cayemberg and one sister-in-law Shirley (Cayemberg) Champine.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at St Francis of Assisi on Grand (1416 Grand Avenue), Manitowoc. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Doug LeCaptain with burial to take place at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc immediately following services.

The family will greet relatives and friends on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at the church from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m.
