Elaine J. Anderson, age 83, of 3783 Mackert St., Manitowoc, died Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2001 at North Ridge Medical & Rehabilitation Center, Manitowoc.
Elaine was born March 26, 1918 in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Emil and Emma Swejkar Henricks. She attended schools in Manitowoc and graduated with the class of 1936 from Lincoln High School. On May 31, 1941 Elaine married Willard Anderson in Manitowoc. Elaine was employed at the Aitken-Reed Co. as a supervisor for 24 years until her retirement in 1980.
Survivors include her husband Willard Anderson, Manitowoc; three sons, Richard W. Anderson, Ferryville, Wis., James E. Anderson, Denver, Colo., Michael B. Anderson, Denver, Colo.; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; other relatives and friends also survive. Besides her parents, Elaine was preceded in death by two brothers.
Cremation will take place and no service will follow.
