Spread your wings and fly Annie
Your pain is over, your job here is done
We'll miss the kindness in your heart
Your quick wit...your love...
You were so brave and sweet,
an inspiration to us all
You once said that you were filled with God's love
walking in the wondrous world He created,
Listening to the lake gently lapping at the shoreline,
The beautiful solitude of the woods
God loved you so much
That he plucked you from this veil of tears,
Never to suffer again
Rest in peace my Sweet Annie...
til we meet again
