Mrs. Loura Marie Allbee Lamb, 68, Farmer City died August 18, 1967 in the Gibson City Community Hospital. Funeral services were held in the Stensel Funeral Home with burial in Maple Grove Cemetery.
Mrs. Lamb was born April 22, 1899 at Heinkley to Anson and Carrie Christianson Allbee. She married Dave Lamb in Farmer City on May 9, 1923. He survives along with a daughter, Mrs. Darlene Tuten, Edwards AFB, California; a son, Eldon of Farmer City; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, one son and one grandchild.
She taught school in the Weedman, Heidelburg, Lane and Black schools. She was a member of the Methodist Church.
