Arnold Edward KEWLEY, 73, died at St. Joseph's Hospital, Bloomington. He had been ill five weeks. [Cancer] Mr. KEWLEY was born a son of Charles and Emma [MATHISON] KEWLEY. He married Alma Bernice ROBINSON at Valparaiso, Indiana on the 09th of January 1938. She survives. Mr. KEWLEY attended Cullom schools. He owned and operated "Arnold's Place" in Pontiac for many years and had retired. He was a member of the First Christian Church of Pontiac and a past member of the Elks and Moose Lodges in Pontiac. One son, Richard KEWLEY, of Las Cruces; one sister, Leona Rae [Omer] MEREDITH of Kankakee; two grandchildren and one great grandchild also survive him. His parents and one brother, Harley, preceded him in death.
