Mr. McCormick was a retried transmission repairman at Ford Motor Co. and was a United States Marine veteran.
William was born in Cincinnati, the son of the late Mabel Bausmith and Clement McCormick. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Reita McCormick, and one granddaughter, Reita Marie Kuttler.
Mr. McCormick is survived by five sons and two daughters-in-law, Mike and Judy McCormick, Dale McCormick and Daniel McCormick, all of Georgetown, Kenneth and Sharon McCormick of Sardinia and Rodger McCormick of Mt. Orab; and two brothers, Don McCormick of Mt. Orab and Charles McCormick of Pensacola, Fla.; six grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren.
