Doris Willa Jean Ausburn died July 11, 2021 at the age of 78. She was the beloved wife of the late James Arthur Ausburn, Jr. of O Fallon, Missouri.
She is preceded in death by her father, Jones Joe Jackson; mother, Zelma Lorraine Jackson nee North; husband; and brother, Dennis Jackson. From November 1987 Doris worked for the Wentzville Police Department by helping to update computers, dispatch, and working in records until she retired June 30, 2008. She was also one of the first police dispatchers for the Lake St. Louis Police Department.
Doris was interred August 6, 2021.
