Mrs. Ida Pearl (Heard) Cameron was born July 10, 1937, to the late David and Choicey (Goodman) Heard.
She joined Peace and Goodwill Baptist Church at an early age. After uniting in holy matrimony to Ezra Cameron, she moved her membership to St. John Baptist Church where she served faithfully as president of the kitchen and usher board before retiring her duties. But she always remained a faithful member to her church.
She leaves to cherish her memories five children, Margaret, Joe Mack, Elizabeth, Willie, and Annie; 14 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren; and a host of nephews, nieces, other family, and friends who were more like sisters, brothers, and best friends to her.
She is preceded in death by all ten of her brothers and sisters.
