Erin Nicole Mace was tragically murdered by a young man who attended Lindbergh High School with her. My son knew Erin and the young man who killed her.

Erin's murderer was convicted and is currently serving a life sentence in prison without parole. Sadly, she shares a headstone with her brother Greg Formhals. Greg was killed in a traffic accident on November 15, 2002. Greg and Erin are buried next to Greg's high school friend Ryan Devine. Ryan was killed with Greg on November 15, 2002.

In a recent visit to their graves, it broke my heart to find that Ryan's brother Bradley died in 2007 and is now with him.
