Mildred Lutes (nee Nelson) went home on April 16, 2018 to spend eternal life with our Lord Jesus Christ and Savior and her beloved late husband, William A. Lutes (2007) with whom she shared everlasting love, kisses, and hugs for nearly 42 cherished years.
Mildred was a teacher in the Detroit Public Schools for 35 years. She worked at George Ford Elementary for 10 years and Thomas Burt Elementary for 25 years. Mildred will be remembered as a very caring person who always gave of herself to help others.
