Mrs. Nancy C. Gedling, 82, prominent resident of Hamilton Township and wife of George W. Gedling, died early Saturday morning at Ball Hospital, following a few hours' illness.
She was born in Delaware Township and spent most of her life in this community. She and her husband were married in 1905. Mrs. Gedling was a member of Delaware Chapel Methodist Church.
Surviving besides the husband is a sister, Mrs. Martha Peterson, Muncie.
Services will be held at the Meeks Mortuary at 1:30 p.m., Monday. Interment will follow in the family lot in Black Cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary after 2 p.m., Sunday and any time before the services Monday.
