Mrs. June Elizabeth Dupree departed this life and went to her eternal home on August 23, 2021. A native of Spartanburg, South Carolina, she was the widow of Aaron Dupree, Sr. and the daughter of the late Rev. Julius Cheeks and the late Helen Fleming.

She served in a management capacity of PAE and McDonalds, where she retired after many years of great service.

Left to cherish fond and loving memories: one sister, Judy Cheeks Brunning (John) of Texas; seven children, Helena R. Austin (Grayland) of Virginia, Janice L. Tabron of Virginia, James C. Tabron, Jr. (Keely) of Texas, Jarvis S. Tabron of Virginia, Tracy A. Frazier (Ronald) of South Carolina, Stacey D. Williams (Kevin) of Maryland, and Aaron Dupree, Jr. (Tammy) of Virginia; twenty-two grandkids, twenty-one great-grandkids and a host of other relatives and friends. She was proceeded in death by her husband, Aaron Dupree, Sr., and son, Preston Dupree.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend. She was a member of Freedom Fellowship Church and a faithful woman of God. Her Christian faith was an essential part of her life. While she will be missed by many, we are thankful that she is again in the arms of her beloved husband, her baby boy and most of all the arms of Christ!

The family will receive friends from 12:30-1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 27, 2021 at Freedom Fellowship Church, 4320 Dale Blvd., Woodbridge, VA 22193, where a service will follow at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Dumfries Cemetery.
