Coty entered the world on March 22, 1990, in Mobile, AL. He was met by two wonderful parents, Kara Graham Grubbs and Alec Cheyenne Grissett. As Coty grew, his love for anything with four wheels grew as well. He had so many great memories with all of his family, friends, and brothers. While he did not have any biological brothers, if Coty called you his brother, then you were in his heart forever. From late nights behind Stuckey's to retrieving vehicles from the river swamp, this man was so full of adventure, and always ready to go anywhere.
As God would have it, Coty met Caitlin in November 2016. From the moment they met, they were inseparable. Caitlin's two daughters, Josee and Olivia, quickly became his main focus in life. After 2 years, Coty and Caitlin were married on November 17, 2018. Directly following the marriage was the adoption of his girls. The family led a life based on God, love, travel, and adventure – a true fairytale.
Coty was survived by his wife, Caitlin; two daughters, Joselyn "Josee" and Olivia Grissett; mother, Kara Graham Grissett; father, Cheyenne (Teresa) Grissett; two sisters, Gabrielle "Gabby" Grissett and Autyme Grissett; grandmothers, Cynthia Driskell and Sue Grissett; along with an abundance of other family and friends.
Coty was a wonderful husband, father, son, grandson, and friend. He will be missed by everyone who has ever known him.
