A California resident since 1949, Wreatha and her husband, Leon, and family moved from Springfield, Missouri and settled in Los Angeles. Her last seven years were spent in Ukiah, California, with one of her sons. She was the mother of Gloria, Bill, and Herbert and the widow of Leon Weaver. On August 14, 1923, she married Harry Lindsay Arey in Terre Haute. The marriage ended in divorce. She married Leon Weaver in Marion, West Virginia in 1928. Wreatha was the half sister of Varod O. Wright, and the daughter of William H. Wright. Wreatha was a hair dresser. Only one day after Wreatha obtained a divorced from Leon, he fell to a heart attack and passed away on May 27, 1950.
