Schwarz, Jeffrey Alan, Passed away on Friday, August 27, 2021 at the age of 48. Beloved son of William and Mary Schwarz (nee Giacoma); loving brother of Michael (Karen) Schwarz and Steven (Tracy) Schwarz; dear uncle of Nicole, Holly, Luke, Conli, Cade, and McKenna; loving friend to many, especially his furry friend Ollie.

Jeff was a graduate of DeSmet High School, Vanderbilt University and earned a Masters and PhD in English from St. Louis University. He was published in the "Keats-Shelley Review" in Eton, England, "The Montage of a Dream" by Langston Hughes and was invited to and presented his paper on Ernest Hemingway in Stressa, Italy.

He loved books and music. While in high school he performed in the chorus of several productions at the Muny. Jeff most loved his family and friends. To his nieces and nephews he was the "Cool Uncle". If you were a friend of Jeff, you were a lucky person.

Visitation from 9am until time of memorial service at 10am on Saturday, September 11, at Bopp Chapel, 10610 Manchester Rd., Kirkwood, MO 63122. Interment private. www.boppchapel.com
