Frances Florence (Bellis) Soltis, 87, formerly of 1435 E. Broadway, died December 13, 1999 at Odell Shelter Care in Odell, Illinois.
Pallbearers will be grandsons: Mark Hartman and Kevin Soltis; and grandsons-in-law: Franklin Kilburn, Michael Masini, Matthew Phelan and Gary Vandagrifft.
She was born March 21, 1912 in Streator, a daughter of Stephen and Clara (Lukach) Bellis. She married Ervin Soltis on November 30, 1933 at St. Stephen's Church by the late Msgr. Louis Biskupski. He died January 27, 1985.
She is survived by daughters: Pat (Don) Bartman of Kinsman and Mary Lou (Eddy) Knauss of West Chicago; a son: Ken (Gail) Soltis of Danville, Indiana; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a brother: Stephen Bellis of Streator; and sisters: Mary Lippold and Ann Yendro, both of Streator.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; a son: Ervin S. Soltis Jr. and a sister: Evelyn Hatzer.
She was a member of St. Stephen's Altar & Rosary Society.
