Mrs. E. E. Arnold, Veteran Baptist Worker, Dies

Mrs. Emily Eaton Arnold, 88, resident of St. Petersburg for 32 years and widow of the late Daniel E. Arnold, died at 3:25 o'clock yesterday morning in a local hospital.

At the time of her death, she was the oldest living member of the Fifth Avenue Baptist church here and had long been a prominenet worker for the Women's Missionary union of the church. She was a native of Portland, N.Y., and came to to this city from Sistersville, W.Va.

Survivores include a daughter, Mrs. Lillie H. Napper, this city; two sons: Kilburn Arnold, Valley Stream, N.Y. and Charles G. Arnold, Los Angeles and a grandson, Charles J. Napper, also of St. Petersburg. A sister, Mrs. William Robinson, resides in Oakland, Cal.

Funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. J. Dean Adcock at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon in the Cooksey Chapel. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery.

Pallbearers are to include Henry Love, Washington Clark, Thurman Futch, M.S. Nimons, Joseph Jacoby and J.H. Spence.
